Susan Grace
Susan Figaro Grace is a Registered Dietitian and Manager of Worksite Health Promotion at Preferred Care. She holds a Master’s Degree in Community Health Education. She has over 20 years of experience working with consumers and professionals in a wide variety of settings including health care, worksites, community agencies and a local community college. Her presentations are learner centered experiential experiences focused on nutrition, health and food safety. She is an instructor for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation’s food certification course called ServSafe. She works extensively with the media in her community providing research based nonbiased information on nutrition and food safety issues that impact consumer’s health and well being. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and Treasurer of the Genesee Dietetic Association.
